December 21, 2012 - Hope for the Future

Suddenly, from behind the rim of the moon, in long, slow-motion moments of immense majesty, there emerges a sparkling blue and white jewel, a light, delicate sky-blue sphere laced with slowly swirling veils of white, rising gradually like a small pearl in a thick sea of black mystery. It takes more than a moment to fully realize this is Earth . . . home.

Where I am in the world, December 21, 2012 has already dawned upon us.

Will the earth's poles right themselves?  Will we be seeing drastic shifts?  What of the 'Three Days of Night' that have been predicted by some, where there will be three days of darkness?

If any of these things happen ... WOW!  What a thing to live through and to tell future generations?

For me the real question is, if none of this happens, was all this excitement and anticipation for nought?

Are we foolish for being hopeful of change?

I believe that there are energies present on the planet which are helping us shift.  So many people are feeling this way, for it not to be true.  Whether these are energies which have been 'foretold' or energies we have ourselves manifested, through our requesting and being in a state of allowing for them to come through, matters not so much to me.  There is so much hope now on the planet.  Do you feel it?

One of the great laws of the Universe is that "Energy follows thought".  This is something which the quantum physicists have found to be true in recent years but the ancients and high adepts have always known.

What we put our energy on grows and will come into being.

If there is now a doorway to an opportunity for an unprecedented shift in consciousness so that more people start living in hope and peace and love and joy and are living from a state of gratefulness, I say bring it on!

Hope is a powerful thing.  A mere glimmer of it can galvanize a person to take action.  The real shift happens though, when we move from hope to the actualization of peace, love, joyfulness and oneness.  It takes intention, action and a whole lot of willingness.

By the way, this ride is unlikely to be without bumps along the way, so hang on.  I am not expecting a free pass and I would not recommend that anyone else have that expectation either.  We are here to expand who we are and to be continually better versions of ourselves.  So I think we can expect to do a little leg work!

I think we're worth it, though, don't you?

So, Happy 21st, Beautiful Beings of Love and Light!
