Some people were bouncing off the walls and happy as a lark, full of positivity and love and joy. What a wonderful space to be in, right?
I do know though, that there were some of you who did not feel that way. Lots of people were complaining of tiredness, lethargy and discomfort. Some even fell ill or began feeling a little ill. And there were people whom these energies pushed, who were angry and upset, who had their issues surface to be played out yet again. On a soul level, this presented another opportunity for resolution of conflict or deep seated issues. A lot of these were family issues however, other relationships also found themselves in troubled waters.
At this time, there are many just wanting some relief from all the discomfort!
A quick way to get out of the doldrums and give yourself a little energetic lift is to have a bath with natural salts (not iodized or processed salts).
Salt is a marvelous agent which absorbs negativity quickly. After a bath with natural salts, you feel light and somewhat more at ease. If you do not own a bath tub or have no time for a nice soak, do fill a bucket with warm or cold water. Then add a nice handful of natural salt and give this mixture a nice stir, and just pour it on yourself (head to toe, if possible) before using soap or shower gel.
Some other do's and don't's that you will find helpful:
1) Do take a shower immediately when you get home after a long day at the office or when you've been in a crowded area like a mall or shopping center as this helps to lift off the energetic grime. A salt bath would work even better, of course.
2) Do use frankincense to clear your space but note that incense sticks don't really do the job very well and act more to merely fragrance it!
3) Do de-clutter your space of old things which you do not need or use.
4) Do get into the habit of being grateful if you find yourself in a situation where things are not going your way. This is a good and quick way of raising your energy.
5) Don't hang around people who bring you down, even if they're family or friends. If you can't help it then just limit the time you spend with them and remember to do (1) and/or (2) above.
I hope you try the above and let me know what you think!
Love it! Thank you!
